Making Purchase

How do i make purchase(s)?

– Visit https://www.theonlinenatural.com/purchase

– Fill in all required fields and relevant fields for purchase below/above $150.

– You will be directed payment page after form submission.

– Make payment online using Visa/MasterCard/PayPal.

– You will receive confirmation email from TheOnlineNatural.com within 1 working day upon payment received.

Is there any minimum purchase?

There is no minimum purchase but you will have to self collect your product(s) at collection point on collection day/date for purchase below $150. For purchase above $150, delivery will be FREE.

How do i know if my purchase is confirmed?

After successfully payment, you will be directed to a thank you page. Also, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

What do i have to do after payment is made?

Print out payment slip/PayPal transaction, pass the slip to our staff on the collection day and check that your products received are correct.

Can i request to deliver if i submit two separate purchase/payments/submissions?

If the purchase/payments/submissions are received on the same day and we have not processed, we can arrange for product delivery.

Can i choose for delivery if i purchase below $150?

So sorry, we do not have this option for purchase below $150 at the moment.

I am unable to/ did not turn up on the collection day/date?

TheOnlineNatural.com will reschedule another day/date for collection.

Is Refund/Exchange allowed?

No Refund is allowed. Exchange of same product(s) will be allowed within 30 days if the product(s) is/are found to be defective from the delivery date.

Are products returnable?

Products are not returnable but can be exchange to the same product(s) if the product(s) is/are in the same condition as when purchased including the product packaging or if you discover the product defects.

Under what conditions when the product(s) is non returnable?

Product(s) that is/are used or packaging have been damaged are non returnable.

Can i pay by cash/cheque?

So sorry, we do not accept cash/cheque.

Delivery

Is there any delivery charges?

Purchase below $150 – Self collect of products at collection point.

Purchase above $150 – FREE delivery of products to your Singapore Residential Address.

Where is the collection point and time for purchase below $150?

Tai Seng MRT Station (Exit A) – Monday, 2-2.30pm.

Tai Seng MRT Station (Exit A) – Wednesday, 2-2.30pm.

Tai Seng MRT Station (Exit A) – Saturday, 10am.

Trivex Building – Monday to Friday, 1-5pm.

If i make a purchase today (for purchase above $150), when will the products be delivered to me?

We will deliver your purchase within 14 working days upon receiving your payment during working days.

Where are the places you deliver to?

We deliver to all places in Singapore.
